Motion Athletics Team
Motion Athletics offers programs that athletes can't find anywhere else. At Motion Athletics training centers, athletes in every sport, at all ages and all skill levels, have the opportunity to improve speed, agility, mobility and flexibility, and energy systems, while reducing the risk of sports-related injuries. Our proven training, elite curriculum and professional equipment allow children 8-18 and active adults the opportunity to train like the pros. At Motion Athletics, we know that there are as many definitions of winning as there are athletes; as the largest provider of sports performance training in the nation, we support each athlete in their quest for excellence. Our training is geared to meet the wide range of needs of our athletes, from those just starting out to professionals who make their living on the field. We believe that competence breeds confidence and that athletic performance improvement can be taught and mastered like any other skill. Our mission is to make the joy of athletic achievement attainable to all. When we ask our athletes, "Why Do You Train"? we want to hear more than "to get faster" or "to play five minutes longer." What gets an athlete on the field for four hours of grueling practice? Is it desire? Belief? What keeps a second-string player practicing long after practice has ended? Pride? Determination? The Motion Athletics Values are the result of our intent to become more than just another sports training company. And as the largest provider of sports performance training in the nation, "just another" isn't an option. Our V-Truths - Desire, Belief, Character, Determination, Heart, and Pride - guide everything we do and say, how we train our athletes, and how we run our business. These values permeate our entire organization, from the CEO to our coaches, from our customers to our franchisees, making us one of the most positive, passionate places for both kids and adults to experience the joy of athleticism.
